| You may place an order with us by following one of the methods below if you are an existing customer: |

| a.) | Type your order in excel file with detail Item No. & quantity.Fax or email the order to our office.Your signature must accompany each other.Be sure to include any special instructions with your order. |
| b.) | You may call and place your order,but you will be required to sign the order before it will be precessed.in most cases it will be faxed to you so that you may sign and return it. |
| c.) | You may visit our main
factory,where sales department will assist you in placing your order. |
Yes.there is a minimum order amount of one container we do business on container sales.and following is our discount policy: |

Order amount below US$30,000.00, No discount. |
b.) |
Order amount between US$30,000.00 – US$50,000. 5 per cent discount available. |
c.) |
Order amount between US$50,000.00- US$80,000.00. 8 per cent discount available. |
| d.) |
Order amount of more than US$80,000.00. To be negotiated and attractive discount available. |
Our shipping procedure is as follows: |

We ship containers directly from our factory in China to your door.for more information regarding container sales,please contact our sales department. |

Delivery time depends upon availability and your order quantity.for items that are currently in stock and big quantity for each items,delivery time is about one month.for special ordered items you should expect a delivery time of about two months.if you wish to receivea partial order,then each shipment must consist of the minimum order.otherwise,we must ship your order at one times. |
